Exchange/Refund/Return
1. We are unable to cancel an order if two days (48 hours) have elapsed since you ordered an item.
2. We offer a comprehensive 30-day exchange/refund/return guarantee for each order.
3. To be eligible for the exchange/refund/return, your item must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
4. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to accompany your exchange/refund/return.

6. Once your exchange/refund/return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval.

Reasons for non-exchange/refund/return
1. If you arbitrarily damage an item for an exchange/refund/return.
2. If the exchange/refund/return request period has elapsed.
3. Please note that black spots, pinholes, and small scratches are not a reason for the exchange/refund/return, as the item is made of ceramic materials.
4. If the item is lost or damaged due to your responsibility.
5. If the value of the item has been significantly reduced by your use or consumption of you.

Exchange/refund/return cost
1. You are responsible for all costs of an exchange/refund/return because of your change of mind. Shipping costs are non-refundable. All shipping costs are at your expense, including shipping costs for the exchange/refund/return. If you receive the exchange/refund/return, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your exchange/refund/return. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If the value of the item you are shipping exceeds $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Late or missing refunds
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Order cancellation
If two days have passed since the customer ordered the product, please understand that it is difficult to cancel the product ordered by the customer due to the nature of international shipping.

Sold out after ordering
Even if the order has been completed, the purchase may not proceed as it has been confirmed to be out of stock during subsequent inventory checks. In this case, the order may be canceled.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
